This waterproof and longlasting liner comes with an integrated brush for blending to achieve the smokey eye effect.

With a brush made from high quality synthetic fibres, the blending can be done to look professional. Because of its soft and delicate wax-based creamy texture, it can be evenly applied, creating intense colours, such as a really deep black. The smokey liner dries quickly and once dry, it will not smudge and become waterproof.  Close tightly after use.
